I worked from a photo that I took back in 2017 when visiting old Quebec City. This historic building, constructed in 1848 houses a popular restaurant. It is located at 38 rue Saint-Louis in the old city. I returned to Quebec City recently, and although it no longer has the bright yellow facade...it's still a stand-out for people walking by.
This original watercolour and ink painting was created in a 16 x 20 inch size and will be matted and framed before sale.
